I believe that access to quality mentorship for young conductors and music educators early in their careers is important to career trajectory, and I love working to help others develop their skills on and off the podium.

Lessons are tailored to the individual student’s interests and may cover a wide range of topics including:

• Baton technique/development of gestural vocabulary

• Score study/preparation

• Interpretation

• Rehearsal Techniques

• Interactions with boards of directors
